Senior Project Manager with strong technical expertise for Offshore Renewable Energy

Medium sized company – large scale projects 

As our new Senior Project Manager, you will join our Renewable Energy department in Østerbro. You will become part of a close-knit team of seven colleagues, reporting directly to Niels Seier, Deputy Head of Renewable Energy. Our team brings together diverse backgrounds and levels of experience – a strength that fosters creativity and leads to better project solutions.

At ISC Consulting Engineers we are pioneers in the consulting and detailed design of offshore substations for wind energy. Since delivering the world’s first offshore substation in 2003, we have completed over 50 detailed designs of substations across three continents – projects that you can be part of. 

Your responsibilities 

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a central role in our organization, driving projects in close collaboration with internal disciplines as well as external clients, suppliers and partners. You will act as the key link between stakeholders confidently balancing different interests and using your experience to deliver both technically and commercially robust solutions. 

Your daily responsibilities will include: 

• Managing and coordinating projects effectively 
• Ensuring progress and adherence to project plans, budgets, standards and deadlines 
• Maintaining and improving processes and quality across projects 
• Develop and strengthen relationships with external partners 

If your experience and skills go beyond the above, we are open to let them form part of your position to add value to the team and projects. 

With a number of international projects, some travel activity must be expected.  

Your qualifications 

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have solid project management experience from offshore or technical development projects. You take a holistic view of projects, ensuring that the best solution is chosen for all stakeholders.

• Ensure progress and clear communication throughout projects 
• Have excellent verbal and written English skills 
• Work in a structured way, prioritize effectively, and maintain oversight of multiple parallel tasks and deadlines
