No process is exactly the same, but typically our recruitment process proceeds as follows:
Apply online
We only accept applications online through the career page you are currently on. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your application, and if your profile matches our needs, you will be invited for an interview.
First interview
In the first interview at ISC, you will typically meet the hiring manager and possibly an HR representative. The purpose is to give you insight into what it's like to work with us and what the job entails. At the same time, we get the opportunity to get to know you better, allowing both parties to assess whether we should proceed to a second interview.
Case
Before a second interview, you may be presented with a case. This is not a test but a way to introduce a fictional work task, which we will discuss together during the interview. If you receive the case in advance, we will first contact you to inform you about the process.
Second interview
If you are invited to a second interview, we will provide more details about our working conditions, pension plan, health package, and health insurance. In this interview, you will meet the manager again, a team member from the department, and possibly an HR representative.
